  17.       I use Kermit to upload files on both PC (using Procomm Plus 4.5), and
  18. HP-UX 10.20. To upload a file of 60K size, the Unix side takes 8-9 minutes,
  19. while the PC side only a couples of minutes. Modems are connected at the
  20. same speed, 9600bps, and window-size both at 8. What can cause such a
  21. drastic difference in performance?
